Update on California Datacenter for MAX Mail

9:30pm Pacific — We have continued to experience intermittent high load at the California datacenter. Our engineers have conducted a wide variety of tests but have not been able to isolate the cause. As with earlier in the day, the datacenter is still processing messages, but more slowly than normal. Outbound message handling at the California datacenter, and all message processing at the other datacenters, are not affected. We will post further updates here.
