Dear Customers,

We’re continuing to monitor Dashboard performance levels and make adjustments, in order to ensure regular speed and performance. Performance has improved substantially following the update on Friday but users may still experience intermittent slowness in the system.

We are also addressing a session time-out issue whereby users are being asked to re-authenticate after 15 minutes of inactivity. We expect to have a solution for this shortly.
