Our maintenance activities are ongoing and we would like to share an update on them.

HK : from 21:00 to 23:00 HKT
Maintenance have been completed.

DE : from 23:00 to 01:00 CEST
Tonight (14/05) we will have the last maintenance being done.
Dashboard access on primary and secondary might be interrupted during the maintenance window.

UK : from 20:00 to 22:00 BST
The main activities are planned to occur on Friday and Saturday maintenance windows.
The impact should be limited to MAV and agent uploads.
Secondary dashboard access might be impacted tonight (14/05) during the maintenance window.
Primary dashboard access might be impacted on Sunday 15:00 BST during an additional maintenance window.
We will also have a maintenance on our back-end on Sunday 12:00 BST.
This will impact processing of events to PSA systems. Alerts for overdue devices will be suspended during that maintenance window.

EU : New maintenance window : from 21:00 to 23:00 CEST
The main activities are planned to occur on Friday and Saturday maintenance windows.
The impact should be limited to MAV and agent uploads.

US : from 05:00 to 07:00 EDT / 02:00 to 04:00 PDT
Most maintenance activities will be done in the Friday window.
During this time the MAV service may be impacted.
Primary dashboard access may be impacted in an additional maintenance window on Sunday at 10:00 EDT/11:00 CDT/07:00 PDT
We will also have a maintenance on our back-end on Sunday 07:00 EDT/08:00 CDT/04:00 PDT.
This will impact processing of events to PSA systems. Alerts for overdue devices will be suspended during that maintenance window.
