1:45 PM Pacific — Our monitoring has detected routing issues affecting some inbound and outbound traffic to and from the data center in Stuttgart, Germany.  Traffic between that data center and our other European data centers is unaffected, but other traffic is impacted — for example, between the Stuttgart data center and our data centers in Dallas and Los Angeles.  Our engineers are investigating and following up with the network providers involved.   We will post additional updates as they become available.
