We are currently investigating problems with the Agent being able to report back to our Dashboard over HTTPS.  The debug.log file indicates a problem with SSL communuication:

CWinHttpSocket::Request failed:: 0x00002f8f

This error translates as 12175 ERROR_WINHTTP_SECURE_FAILURE –  One or more errors were found in the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate sent by the server.

Engineering have not identified any problems on the GFI infrastructure.  On further investigation we can see Microsoft released a patch yesterday http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931125  This has since been taken down and the advice is you should use the Fix It solution in the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2801679
