We are currently investigating a performance problem processing check uploads in our US instance. This may result in delays updating 24×7 and DSC checks and sending of alerts (although note that checks will update and alerts will be sent after the delay). Other functionality is unaffected. We will post updates as further information becomes available and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
