7:40am Pacific — A few moments ago the issue from yesterday afternoon recurred, in which connections to the control panel were reset.  The issue was brief and the control panel is now operating normally; our engineers are continuing to investigate a potential cause.

As was the case previously, mail flow was unaffected.
