We have completed the switchover to new server infrastructure for the Australian system instance.
Most customers will not have had to change anything for dashboard access or in terms of Agent configuration. Customers with restrictive firewalls or proxies will need to allow the following IP addresses for outgoing HTTP and HTTPS traffic:
Failing to do so will prevent agents from communicating with the dashboard and appear overdue. Customers using branded dashboard access with their own domain name should use the recommended configuration. We already contacted affected customers.
We will be contacting customers who are using legacy agent upload URL configuration individually ahead of the decommissioning of the remaining servers.
