We have received an alert regarding faulty RAM in one of the servers receiving and processing uploads from Agents of customers in UK. The hardware will be replaced on date provided above, during which times Agent will automatically connect to other upload servers which will process uploads as usual. Dashboard access and alerting are not affected. Out of an abundance of caution we would like to inform our customers about this non-disruptive maintenance.
