8:00am Pacific — Starting at approximately 7:30 AM Pacific, the MAX Mail control panel experienced errors such that users could not authenticate. This was corrected within about 15 minutes, but the correction necessitated a temporary block of configuration management functionality within the control panel which was remedied a few minutes later.
All functions are now back to normal, and the issue has been identified and should not recur.
Message processing was not affected.
