We’re aware that some customers in North America are experiencing slowness when using the Dashboard, especially when displaying large numbers of servers and workstations. This is in part due to increased load processing vulnerability scan results and patch remediation actions following Microsoft Patch Tuesday.

Dashboard v5.37 introduces paging, which should help reduce the time taken to display large numbers of servers or workstations.

Further infrastructure and architectural upgrades are planned in September and throughout Q4, aimed at improving the speed of the Dashboard. Further details will be provided in due course.

In the meantime, we will be monitoring the existing infrastructure constantly and take any remedial action necessary. Thanks for your patience and understanding on this matter.
