The performance problems in our US system instance observed yesterday (and also briefly again this morning) were found to be related to the networking configuration in our hosting environment. We have off-loaded Agent downloads (including installers for Take Control, MAV, MOB etc) to another location to remediate the issue and all regular indicators point to a much improved user experience.

For any sites that have firewall rules restricting outbound HTTP, please add 72.32.156.180 (for now) to the allowed list to download Agent auto-update packages or feature installers.

For any sites with more than three devices, we recommend using the Site Concentrator to ensure that Agent downloads or feature installers are cached.

We will continue to monitor the situation and take any further remedial action necessary and once again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
