GFI MAX RemoteManagement – Australia instance – intermittent performance problems


we have received reports about slow dashboard access on the GFI MAX RemoteManagement system instance servicing customers in Australia, New Zealand and surrounding countries. These issues are intermittent, in the sense that they have been reported several times but are resolved as of writing.

We are currently investigating the issues and will take corrective measures as required. We would like to apologize for inconveniences caused.
