We have confirmed reports that Take Control / TeamViewer is experiencing connection problems with the message:

No connection to partner
Partner did not connect to router
Error Code: WaitForConnectFailed

TeamViewer engineers are working on a problem affecting the central infrastructure. We will keep customers updates while this is being resolved.
