UK Dashboard access – review

We have received reports from some customers who had issue logging into the UK dashboard this morning between 9am and 9:30am BST. The dashboard server showed abnormal load during that time, causing the access to fail for some customers and appear slow in general. On-call staff was alerted to this effect and remediated the situation. Configuration was changed to accomodate the increased load. We have further maintenance work lined up to increase backend performance during peak times, and further meet out scaling goals in the medium term.
