5:15pm Pacific — Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with the POP3 and SMTP services on the mail.i-3.com server.  This server is used for temporary mail hosting for a small number of MAX Mail customers (i.e. customers whose mail infrastructure is off-line and need temporary mail hosting after the 100 hours built into the MAX MailProtection service).

For any customers using the mail.i-3.com server, all inbound messages will be queued within GFI MAX Mail.
