4:45pm Pacific — Our engineers completed work on the affected database cluster in Germany at approximately 11:45am Pacific, and have continued monitoring the cluster since that time.   We have not detected any further issues, and the control panel has been operating at normal speed.  We will post any further updates at this site as necessary.
