8:30am Pacific — Our engineers believe that the issues seen earlier in Germany are related to a database cluster.  While most traffic has been migrated, the database performance issues were causing intermittent slowness with the control panel.  The control panel performance is at normal levels now; our engineers  are continuing to monitor.
