The system instance serving customers in Australia/NZ/APAC is currently unreachable from a number of different locations worldwide. We are working with the hosting provider on resolving what appears to be an upstream network outage.

As this is being written, the problem seems to have been resolved upstream. We will continue to monitor and take action as required.
