Hi Everyone,

Dashboard v5.34 will be released to all territories overnight so that it is available before start of working day, Tuesday 14th May. This contains two features designed to make managing large numbers of workstations easier, namely the optoin to delete old workstation when registering a new workstation with the same name at the same site (e.g. when re-imaging workstations) and the option to delete inactive workstations that have not uploaded data within a configurable number of days. Draft help system content is attached. Dashboard v5.34 also includes VMware ESXi Health Check script for storage sub-system (RAID controller, physical disks etc) and script check for datastore free space. Full release notes are:

VMware ESXi Health Check Scripts

• FEATURE: VMware ESXi Health Check script for storage sub-system (RAID controller, physical disks etc)
• FEATURE: VMware ESXi script to monitor datastore free space (requires PowerCLI)

Workstation Management

• BUGFIX: In Patches tab, display patch install date in local time on device rather than UTC time

• BUGFIX: Display correct icon when choosing to group Patch Overview Report by device type

Managed Antivirus

• UPDATE: Option to force installation of Managed Antivirus when traces of another Antivirus product are detected (requires Agent v8.18.0)
• UPDATE: Re-run detection and removal of existing Antivirus software (requires Agent v8.18.0)
• UPDATE: CART Definitions updated to version 491. Please see the help system for more information
• BUGFIX: Show correct icon for device type in Threat Report
• KNOWN ISSUE: Cancelled Managed Antivirus scans (Agent v8.18.0 only) will show as Completed in Dashboard. A fix is currently in progress…

Managed Online Backup

• UPDATE: Allow selection of multiple devices (Ctrl-click, shift-click) to run backup now
• BUGFIX: Allow Administrator logins to open Backup Manager

Miscellaneous Updates and Bugfixes

• UPDATE: API call for Managed Online Backup Selection Size
• UPDATE: Alert Settings dialog has option to include unique identifiers in email headers (e.g. for use with API). If enabled, the unique identifier of the check (X-SYSTEMMONITOR-CHECKIDS), device (X-SYSTEMMONITOR-DEVICEID) and site (X-SYSTEMMONITOR-SITEID) are sent in the header of alert and recovery emails.
• UPDATE: Reflect any credit notes in outstanding balance in View Invoices dialog
• BUGFIX: Change description of basic Agent charge in Price Breakdown Report from Dashboard to Base Agent
• BUGFIX: Provide option to reset Dashboard divider layout and save or for the current session only (View, Layout, Reset for Session or Reset and save)
