GFI MAX RemoteManagement – Germany Instance – Performance Problem

Hi Everyone,

On Friday morning 12th April, we noticed some performance problems in our Germany system instance that caused delays processing of 24×7 check results and sending alerts (as well as impacting Dashboard load speed and responsiveness).

We were alerted to this by our internal monitoring systems and have taken remedial action to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
