Early afternoon, Friday 22nd March, we experienced a brief performance problem in our Germany system instance that caused delays processing of 24×7 check results and sending alerts (as well as impacting Dashboard load speed and responsiveness). We were alerted to this by our internal monitoring systems and have taken remedial action to resolve. Both the Dashboard and check processing are now performing as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
