2:50 PM Pacific — The database replication issues have been resolved for the majority of the message processing filters.  Work is continuing with the remaining filters and we expect substantial completion within the next 30 to 45 minutes.  During this time, a decreasing percentage of messages will be impacted by the R4 errors.
