We have received an alert regarding faulty RAM in one of the servers receiving and processing uploads from Agents of customers in EMEA, excluding UK and Germany/Austria/Switzerland. The hardware will be replaced tonight 6 February 2013 8-9pm GMT / 9-10pm CET, during which times Agent will automatically connect to other upload servers which will process uploads as usua. Dashboard access and alerting are not affected. Out of an abundance of caution we would like to inform our customers about this non-disruptive maintenance.
