GFI MAX RemoteManagement – EMEA system instances – maintenance window

Hi Everyone,

(Please note that this announcement does not apply to customers in Germany).

In light of recent performance problems impacting the responsiveness of the Dashboard of our EMEA system instances, we have brought forward our planned infrastructure upgrades in an effort to alleviate these problems and continue to provide the best service possible to our customers.

During a maintenance window on Thursday 24th January between 6pm – 8pm GMT / 7pm – 9pm CET, we will be switching our EMEA system instances over to use a new backend database infrastructure that we believe will have a significant improvement on performance.

The new infrastructure has been tested, running alongside the existing infrastructure for a few days now and this is is a tried and tested procedure with only momentary downtime expected during the maintenance window. However, as always, there is of course an element of risk and so we appreciate your patience and understanding while we perform this upgrade.

An update will be posted on this site, once the maintenance is complete. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience that have been caused by these performance problems before this upgrade.
