We are aware that the ongoing performance of the EMEA system instances of GFI MAX RemoteManagement are currently impacting the responsiveness of the Dashboard, the processing of Agent uploads and the sending of email alerts. We will take remedial action as required and provide further information shortly.
We expect to be in a position to roll out significant infrastructre upgrades over the next two weeks, which will resolve the current performance problems.
