Normal Processing for MAX Mail

Our monitoring is showing that processing at all of the North America data centers – Dallas, Los Angeles, and Seattle – has continued to be normal over the last several hours.

Tests over that time period have also shown that inbound and outbound messages are being processed with little or no delays.

We cannot yet say definitively that the issue has been resolved, but we are continuing to monitor the service and will take any additional steps that may become necessary.  Our engineers will also continue working on root cause analysis and an associated action plan to help make sure that the same issue does not recur.
