As of 8:30am Pacific, inbound message processing has been stable for the last 16 hours, and the Dallas and Los Angeles data centers are operating at full capacity. The Seattle data center is experiencing slightly less than optimal performance, but monitoring shows only very minor issues, and we would not expect any significant customer impact. Our engineers are deploying more systems at that facility just in case they become necessary.
Monitoring is showing some relatively minor issues with outbound filtering, resulting in slower than normal processing and possibly some delays with outbound mail flow, though performance is significantly improved from yesterday. We are actively looking at this now. As a workaround, affected customers if they choose can temporarily update their smart host to not relay outbound mail through us.
