GFI MAX RemoteManagement – Maintenance Window – EU Dashboards (excl. UK and Germany)

Hi Everyone,

In response to this week’s problems with the EU Dashboard servers, there will be a maintenance window tonight, Thursday 15th November, between 9pm and 11pm CET to install additional physical resources in these servers.

The Dashboard will be unavailable via the primary URLs between 10pm and 11pm CET. However, during but the Dashboards will still be accessible via the secondary URLs:

Note that the Dashboard will be unavailable via the secondary URLs between 9pm and 10pm CET and that this maintenance will not impact the processing of Agent uploads or sending of alerts. Also, this does not affect customers in UK and Germany.

This is part of a ongoing programme of upgrades taking place throughout November and December in an effort to improve the stability and performance of our European system instances.
