Update on Dallas data center

The Dallas data center has been stable and operating at normal performance levels.  Our engineers have identified a probable culprit that triggered the issue, and our expectation is that the issue should be resolved.

No other data centers were affected, and most inbound messages to the Dallas data center should have been automatically redirected to other data centers.

Our engineering team will continue to monitor performance levels at the data center,  to ensure that no further action needs to be taken.
