We have resolved a database condition that caused the dashboard to appear slow to customers in Germany. We are aware that this is a recurring issue of an upstream software vendor and we are working on resolving this as soon as possible. We would like to apologize for not keeping you up to date on the issue while we were working on this, it was decided to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Wir haben ein Datenbankproblem behoben, durch das das Dashboard langsamer lud as normal. Dies ist ein bekanntes Problem mit unserem Technologielieferanten und wir arbeiten an einer dauerhaften Loesung. Wir bitten um Entschuldigung, dass wir Sie waehrend dieser Arbeiten nicht auf dem Laufenden gehalten haben, da wir das Problem schnellstmoeglich beheben wollten.
