We are scheduling a maintenance window for the GFI MAX RemoteManagement system instances serving customers in EMEA (including UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Scandanavia) on Thursday 6th September 2012 at the following time.

1830 hrs – 2030 hrs UTC / 1930 hrs – 2130 hrs CDT

The purpose of this maintenance window is to enable us to make some configuration changes to frontend and database servers to alleviate recent performance problems (especially related to the Managed Antivirus feature).

There should be no disruption to the processing of Agent uploads and the sending of alerts. Any disruption to the Dashboard should be momentary.
