In an effort to address the recent problems that have impacted the performance of the US Instance of GFI MAX RemoteManagement, we are scheduling a maintenance window on Tuesday 31st July (at the times below) to increase available hardware resources.

4am – 6am EDT
3am – 5am CDT
1am – 3am PST

There is likely to be some disruption to the availability of the Dashboard at the start and then again at the end of this maintenance window. Processing uploads and sending alerts will also be delayed, but will quickly resume once maintenance is complete.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience caused as a result of this maintenance.
