Unfortunately, our US system instance has just experienced a momentary outage caused by the loss of power to our master database server. This was due to an operational error by an engineer in the data centre and was beyond our control. Power was immediately restored and failover to the slave database server was not required. Processing of uploads has resumed and the Dashboard is responding normally. There should be no further impact on customers as a result of this outage.
While these things can and do happen, we are currently investigating exactly why and how this happened in this instance to ensure both we and the data centre do all that we can to minimize the risk of it happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
