We have just been alerted to a brief problem with the primary Dashbord server of our US system instance that was causing Dashboard access to be slower than normal and on occassion, time out. We have taken corrective action on the server and Dashboard responsiveness is returning to normal. While we investigate the cause, we will be monitoring the server and should this happen again, will respond accordingly.
In the meantime, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
