GFI MAX RemoteManagement – AUS/NZ Instance – Maintenance – Thursday 23rd February – Complete

The maintenance to upgrade our database software on our Aus/NZ system instance is now complete. It extended slightly longer than the planned window, but downtime was limited to two brief periods lasting no longer than a few minutes as expected. A very small number of false negative “Data Overdue…” or “No Communication…” alerts may have been sent in error, for which we apologize. We will revise our procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
