The SMS Gateway provider for our US System Instance serving customers in North America and North East Asia experienced a brief outage this afternoon between 1.38pm EST and 2.10pm EST which impacted the delivery of SMS alerts to customers. The service has since been restored.However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
