We are in the process of addressing a hardware problem on one of the load balancers in front of the control panel servers used for the GFI MAX Mail service.  As part of this, we will need to move an IP address from one server to another, and are scheduling this change for tomorrow evening, Tuesday, January 17, at approximately 5 PM Pacific time (1:00 AM GMT Wednesday).

The transition of an IP address generally takes onlyas long as the routers require to clear their ARP cache — typically one to two minutes.  During this maintenance, customers may not be able to access the control panel, regardless of whether they are using the GFI site or a branded site.

This work will not affect message flow.
