We will be installing new SSL certificates for the hound-dog.ie domain (which may be used for Agent uploads by servers on which the Agent was first installed before October 2007) at the above date and time. Dashboard access, upload processing and alerting should not be affected. The forum has instructions on how to update the root certificate stores on old Windows 2000 and 2003 Server systems which don’t have the appropriate updates installed. However, the vast majority of customers will not need to take action.
