In following up the issue earlier today at the German datacenter, we found one other problem, related to a library file involved with character set scanning, for which there was a version mismatch. The impact of this would have been longer delays for inbound messages at the German datacenter for messages sent Tuesday evening in the local (German) time — however, this only would impact domains with character set scanning manually enabled in the control panel (which represents less than 5% of domains in the system). This has now been resolved as well.
