Our primary Dashboard server in EMEA experienced further problems this morning and was again unable to serve the Dashboard for a short period of time. This has now been resolved and the secondary Dashboard server was available throughout.
This is now the second time that this has happened in less than one week and while we are still trying to determine the exact cause, we will also start the deployment of additional infrastructure to share the processing load and/or replace the server in question.
